This backstamp consists of the inscriptions MB, MILTON BROOK, and ENGLAND in a circle. The lids on the coddlers with this backstamp are more rounded than the other UM01 coddlers.
According to one correspondent, Milton Brook was a trade name for porcelain made by Taylor and Tunnicliffe, who were part of the Bullers/Allied Insulators Group of companies who operated from an area in Stoke on Trent known as Milton.
