T.G. Green Coddlers

T.G. Green coddlers were made in England. They are known to exist in one size, and that is somewhat larger than most double sized coddlers. Measurements of some examples are 4 ½ inches to the top of the lifting ring, and 3 inches in diameter.

There are variations in body types and lids, which will be covered in detail with each pattern.

Backstamps

There are three "generic" T.G. Green backstamps that may occur with some patterns. In some cases, these backstamps occur with the pattern name stamped on as well. In many cases, the backstamps are difficult to read, either due to poor imprinting, or wear and tear.
